About Us | Luxury Lodges in Scotland for Groups, Families & Celebrations

Lowwood Lodges is a family-run collection of luxury self-catering lodges in Scotland, created by Megan and her husband Chris. We offer spacious group accommodation designed for families, hen parties, and special celebrations looking for a private countryside escape with easy access to Scotland’s most popular destinations.

Originally, the land was an unused space that we wanted to make better use of. During the planning stage, there were no renting restrictions, which gave us the opportunity to think bigger than the typical market offering. At the time, much of the accommodation available consisted of glamping pods and small one or two-bedroom cabins, which didn’t suit larger groups or multi-generational stays.

We saw a clear gap for something different — larger, more luxurious lodges designed specifically for groups who want comfort, space, and privacy.

Luxury Group Accommodation in Scotland

Each of our lodges has been carefully designed to offer a premium stay experience with plenty of space for guests to relax together.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Spacious open-plan living areas
  • Comfortable bedrooms designed for restful stays
  • High-quality interiors with a luxury feel
  • Everything needed for self-catering group holidays

Our focus has always been on creating luxury group accommodation in Scotland that feels both stylish and practical — ideal for celebrating and spending quality time together.

Private Hot Tubs & Outdoor Spaces

Every lodge includes its own private outdoor area, complete with a wood-fired hot tub. These spaces are designed for guests to unwind, whether that’s enjoying a quiet evening under the stars or relaxing after a day exploring Scotland.

The combination of privacy, countryside surroundings, and outdoor living makes Lowwood Lodges a standout choice for those searching for lodges with hot tubs in Scotland.
